Outlook Express Toolar

I have spam monitor. I have Outlook express but I didnt get PCtools Spam monitor Toolbar. I have seen the toolbar by Microsoft Outlook and this toolbar is very comfortable. Now it is a crime to update the adresses from the mail. I have to copy and paste. With toolbar it is very easy to update black list and friend list.
I am not sure if the toolbar is possible by Outlook express.

Please can you help me?

Spam Monitor only supports Outlook for the toolbar as far as I'm concerned.

Pitty, that you can't find in the specifications before you purchase the product that the product has no toolbar by outlook express. I have seen by outlook it makes the updates of the adresses easier than now. By Outlook express you have to copy and paste

i don't think that the toolbar works for windows mail, live mail or thunderbird either

this is something for the developers to look into

It also doesn't seem to work with Outlook 2007, I really wonder if this is an actively maintained product.

Outlook 2007 is a newly released product, it may take some time to develop a new toolbar for it. Also, Spam Monitor is not a main product of PC Tools, however you can submit a question to support@pctools.com and they will get back to you.

I raised a support ticket (2218-7278-74) on 13th April and it is still waiting for someone to look at it. I guess one day they will either support Outlook 2007 or simply drop the product from their portfolio.

I suggest sending a PM to Support or AChen saying that your support request dated 13/04/07 has not been addressed.
