Error on exiting Outlook

Hi,

Since installing Spam Monitor I have experienced an error on exiting Outlook. I am running Spam Monitor version 3.0.0.4.
After closing Outlook after about a minute I get a window stating Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close giving the option to send report and restart. There are times when I do not get this error and am left with the Outlook and Winword processes running in Task Manager.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you might want to try reinstalling outlook
