Invalid License

I purchased a license for 10 users. I received the license file via email from PCTools, but when I attend to install it, the program says the license does not include the number of computers. I have attempted to email the Support Department, but get no response. There is no support phone number listed on the site. Is there anyone monitoring this forum that can help me resolve this probelm?
