3-4 of our users blue-screen 2-3 times a week when they are printing - any clues?
NT4 LAN with NT4 w/s, HP printers plus digital photocopiers. Using WORD97. Other 60 users ok.

Try the HP Laserjet 4+ driver, it is HP's universal driver. It won't give the same quality though if you are using a HP LJ 4050 printer for example
