Can this product be any more difficult?

I had downloaded the trial version and it found the files (which by the way showed "Excellent". But to open them, I had to purchase it. So I did. Subsequently when the purchased software scanned them, all of a sudden they are "poor" and corrupt. Pointless software and very difficult to use. :mad:
Now I'm really mad!! The program froze while my scanned list was up and now it's gone. I have to run the stupid 3 hour process again. Anybody out there managed to get their money back from this horrible company?

i recommend you exchange your license for spyware doctor with antivirus as it is an excellent product
