View Full Version : Spyware Doctor Renewal Problem

I purchased a Spyware Doctor license a year ago. My subscription lapsed, therefore I went online and "purchased" a new license again. I then tried to enter this new registration key into the "already" registered product on my machine, but there isn't a screen to allow that anymore. I selected the "smart update" option, clicked on "renew spyware doctor now" and the link sends me to an online renewal area. I attempt that it the website returns with: "This is a subscription product and cannot be renewed from this page. Please contact support for more information." I then proceed to go in circles (e.g. uninstalling the product, reinstalling the product but to no avail. How do I simply renew my subscription!?! Thanks in advance.

Can you please private message me your license details, the old and new license code if you have already purchased and I will follow this up for you.

Hello,
I am also having the same problem as techtigre.
I got this computer from a friend about 2 months ago, (this being my 3rd).
On the PCTools Site i brought 3 SpyDocter codes, 1 for each. 2 or working fine, but this 3rd one says it is owned by a martin stevens???
I have tryed using your Online Support and sent a ticket, i got a reply saying to run the update and it will get a popup about the new licence....
This did not happon so i am now trying again on this forum.
Any ideas or ways to solve this probelm would be thanked
