I have recently registered and activated my account but still can not post, why is this? I could only contact you and seeing that there is nobody to email, my sucess is hopeless. I joined the forum becuase there was no other way of contacting a person at pctools, apart from sending them a letter, which would take ages seeing that they are based in U.S and i'm in Great britain. Anyway, here is my problem. I registered spyware doctor 4 for free using a promotion code and special download from computeractive the magazine and my updates have ran out. It was my birthday a few months ago and my sister bought me spyware doctor 4 without knowing i had registered, (this was during the end of the 6 months update period). She registered it online and gave me the details to register. But becuase i'm already registered the register button is not shown. I don't wan't to re-install windows to do this as i'll have to backup alot of things like my huge folders of digital photos. So all i wan't to do mis re-register spyware doctor 4 to get the updates using my newly registered license code i got for my 30th birthday. I don't really wan't to renew my license code for spyware doctor 5 as somebody has bought me this and i don't wan't to waste the money spent, seeing that spyware doctor 5 is still a bit expensive and out of my reach in money.
