Unblock Site Guard's Blocked Sites?

Site Guard (SD4) has apparently blocked access to a site or two, but I cannot find where this info is stored so that I can optionally unblock them. Anyone know where I should look?

I don't know which sites were blocked, but I do recall that in my distraction, I clicked "ok" to the prompt to block on a number of occassions. I would like to know which sites were blocked and where, in the program, do I find this info so that I can unblock them. SD should not block sites without a subsequent option to unblock them.

anyway site guard has been removed now but when it is revived it would be good if you could unblock sites
