Error while creating the log: class not registered.

Hi, had version 5+ and had ongoing memory crash problems for several months, never got resolved. Deleted that version, just installed version 4. Getting Error while creating the log: class not registered, which was the original error message I had months ago when I had to renew subscription. How do I get it up and running with no more errors and crashes? Had an ongoing dialog with tech support that never really resolved anything.

I don't think there is a fix for this.

The only way to avoid this issue is to download SDv5. Which version 5 did you install when you had the problems? I had some problems with build 169 and lower. From version 174 onwards, everything has been running well so far.

What you can do is download 179 and try ticking 'Enable kernel compatibility mode' in SDv5. This may prevent some potential conflicts and may help your system run more smoothly.
