Just came from the element5 web site and logged in to my account. Couldn’t remember my password or login so requested same from Element 5 and got it by return email. Went into my account and checked Spyware Doctor and simply canceled my subscription. Now it reads paid and canceled but the renew automatically every twelve months is gone. I imagine it will take a few days to see if it removed all use of SD or simply removed the auto renewal part. I paid for it so I should be able to use it. Either way however the problem should be solved. If I can no longer use Spyware Doctor then I see that as their loss as I would renew it when the time comes. ( August I think.)
