I apologize for asking, knowing there have been many threads about this but I am fairly novice. I purchased whichever version it was of SD on March 1, 07'. I had been using with no problems until last week. I received from my laptop "Hardware Malfunction", and the SD application was not working, and my computer tended to freeze or come to a crawl. Additionally, the SD would appear on my computer, with no ability to click on the icons i.e; start, status etc. Is this related to the previous threads regarding new updates? I deleted the previous SD program for 3/1 and reinstalled the version from the site as of this evening.
What can I do to utilize the SD license I purchased while making sure my computer is not affected. I like the products, just trying to understand what I can do....
