First time of posting based on suggestion from the Support people.
I am running two laptops with XP and all the latest updates from microsoft.
I have four User accounts which display on power-up. On version 5.0.0.169 i had to disable ONGUARD totally as it locked the PC up when logging a user off and the PC was saving user settings.
On Version 5.0.0.177 i tried it with ONGUARD again in a limited mode (cookies only) and it has just locked up again in the same way.
I also have at least three simliar problems that other users have posted and wondered if they were in some way related to this problem
(1) On power down i get an error SVCNTAUX.EXE exception error 0x00eeefade occurred in application location 0x7c812a5b but pc does shutdown.
(2) On entering a user account Spyware Doctor is always opened up on the screen as well as the small icon on the taskbar. Sometimes it keep saying Spyware engine is starting in 'x' seconds but does load eventually.
(3) When closing down Spyware Doctor screen by using the 'X' i sometimes get an error SWDOCTOR.EXE error occurred in application. I try to send an error report by i don't use outlook as my default email and it causes problems. Trying 'continue with application' gives more errors.
