Perfect Keyloggers & its log file

My colleague's machine is infected with Blazingtools' Perfect Keyloggers. We don't know how it got into his machine. Anyway we can clean up the problem with SpywareDoctor v5 but before doing that, we want to find out what information has been captured, which email address it send the info to, etc...

Our company has other competitors. We just wonder is this the work of one of our competitor or is just a random kind of thing.

Examining the log file we will know. We appreciate if anyone know where Perfect Keyloogers keep the log files.

How extremely concerning for you.

Many companies do actually buy this program for monitoring employees, so you could say it is 'legit' if you put it there yourself. I do believe it can be loaded onto a system simply by an e-mail but it does stealth and will maybe not be the easiest thing to remove.

Google for Blazingtools and read about it's features and logging capabilities to a server on their site. The information will at least let you know how compromised, or not, your business information may be.

Attempt the scan and removal in safe mode.
