sd5 is blocking asquard free version, i went threw and disabled each onguard but no good also my scaner from process library, im back to sd4, HELLO ANYONE OUT THERE,

Can you try adding all items from these applications to the "Global Action List", hopefully this will resolve your problem.
Also, try using the "kernel compatibilty mode" under Settings > General
