SD 5.0 and Firefox

Version 5.0 causes an error message when closing Firefox: XPCOM EVENT RECEIVER. Firefox does not close completely, and instances of firefox.exe remain (in Task Manager/Processes) even after exiting Firefox. This did not occur under Version 4. I uninstalled V 5.0 and reverted to earlier version of Spyware Doctor and problem is resolved. Is there a fix for this V 5.0 problem?

Tried updated version of 5.0 posted March 27 - same result. Firefox and Thunderbird do not close completely after exit. Reverted back to SD v 4 - problem is resolved.
