Hi Supporter Team !
After i installed Spyware Doctor 5.x, one program on my computer cannot run because it have problem with Socket. When i run it, it anounce that :

I searched on Google and i can solve my problem, cause of problem is :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\WinSock2

be changed after Spyware Docter 5.x run. Why Spyware Doctor 5 make corrupt Socket on my computer :confused:

Hi there,

What is the name of the program this error is coming from? It definately looks as though SD has corrupted winsock applications somehow.

This is program which can translate Vi-Eng and Eng-Vi (EVShuttle). May be SD don't make corrupt winsock but Socket of SD make that program cannot run. I think SD 5.0 have many errors. I uninstalled.

Oki AChen. Personally i think SD 5.0 is better than SD 4.0 about GUI, start & scan faster than SD 4.0. I like SD 5.0 and i will wait for stable version than see my computer alway dump, restart and disk checking :-S

It appears that winsock is corrupt, try this:

If the problem is occuring with the 5.0.0.169, best to try the latest version 5.0.0.176. This shouldn't be happening, unless, like screamer said, the winsock is corrupt and needs repairing.

Yes i also found file .reg to fix last time. My post only verify version for AChen.
