photo editor

cant get win2000 to let a domain user run photo editor(office 2000). user needs to be a member of administrator group. dont make sense, any ideas?

Use regedt32 to open Hkey_Local_Machine on Local Machine\software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Graphics Filters
Click on Graphic Filters, under security on regedt32 toolbar add everyone, place check in full control and exit regedt32.
This will allow all users to open files with photoeditor without administrator level permissions.
