I use Microangelo 5.0, and this will allow the IE icon to be changed. I did not see where tweak would change it for you. I do know it can be change in the registry, but end-users may not be able to this. Even when I go into the Registry, I make an export copy just in case I made a change and did not realalize it. Sorry I could not give you a better option.
