Is it possible to remove Help in Start menu

For win95 , is it possible to remove/diable the follow item ?

Start menu -> Help

But the tools seems not work for me on 95 or 98 environment .

That is strange, as it's the latest release from M$:

"System Requirements
Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 98 or Windows 95."

I have used it on Win98, WinMe and NT with no problems?

..never worked on 95/98, I don't think a new version of TweakUI is that much backwards compatible... good to know it does work for Me now, indeed.
