Months after Months of problems, this is the best that PCtools can offer?
I've tried to hold onto a little faith that PCtools will fix the many problems
that spyware doctor has, but apperently it's still the same. Everytime
someone creates a complaint thread, they only ask to describe the details on
the problem, and no matter how many times they are told what's wrong with
the program, they still CANNOT fix it. And isn't finding problems on Spyware
Doctor PCtools job? Why must the customers suffer to find problems on
spyware doctor that PCtools can't even fix? For example, from a car
company, should the customer test drive a car into a wall to find out problems
with safety? PCtools seriously have a problem with the way they treat their
customers. The best responce I will probably get from this thread is "oh we
are sorry that you are experiencing this problem, can you describe what kind
of problems you are having?". Or tell you that it has been reported,
PCtools does'nt sound really sorry if they are gonna repeat the same responce
to every complaint on the forum. Here is my suggestion, if you are truly sorry,
do something about it!. I truly hope that PCtools will stop disappointing their customers
and do something instead of just giving out empty apologies. Spyware Doctor I admit,
is a very excellent anti-virus removal program, I just wish that the problems can be fixed.
Not just for my sake, but for all the people crying out to PCtools about the problems.
Oh, and by the way, congrates to spyware doctor, this is the most effective program on messing up
someones PC. WAY more then any kind of Spyware there is and ever was. I will remember this program
to "gift" to next door neighbor, my god I hate them so much. =)
