more sd5 scan problems

besides sd4 scan more files than this new sd5 as i already said here http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?p=154818#post154818
(how can be sd4 scans,in full scan+default options,on average 70000 files on my computer and the new version ,in the same scan and conditions,only 45000)?
yes i know it is a reported issue already ,but if the company dont solve this i will be very disappointed.and also
the new version sometimes shows some "ignored infections"at the end of scan
how can i be sure i am full protected with this version if it show "ignored indections"?sd4 NEVER SHOW it to me and always completely clean my computer
so i hope pctools really can recreate the issue about sd4 scan more files than sd5 and solve it.and solve this problem with this"ignored infections" too.I don't feel safe yet using this new product. as i already said before(many times)i still belive in the company and in the product.i dont wanna refound,i dont wanna leave the company and i wanna be pctools customer for years and years.but the company needs to solve this problems.... PLEASE SD IS A GREAT PRODUCT .

Hi Vecchio,

The issue with SDv4 scanning more files then SDv5 will be resolved in a week or 2. QA are currently testing this and once everything is all good, we will release the fix.

good. VERY good to hear..and about this "ignored infections"sometimes shows at the end of scan?i cannot locate this. and how can i know what kind of infections thhis new version ignore?no report!none information about this ignored infections.and again ,the good and old sd4 NEVER ignore a infection..:mad: sorry but i am a little disappointed with sd5 for now
i cannot acept this product scan less files than the "older"and IGNORE INFECTIONS!!!? please solve it
