getting rid of hints i 4

OK version 4 is back and PC is working well again, but...
For some reason every time I open then close SD4 from the task bar its hints comes up re closing or not. The box for stopping it is selected EVERY time but it takes no notice. I got rid of it before Ver5, how do I get rid of it now I’ve moved back?

Well its now not opening Hints, so problem has ended if not solved?

Not really sure what you are saying? What are you trying to do? Can you get a screenshot?

If he means what I think he does, he's talking about after install, the first time you close SD you get the pop-up assuring that SD is still running in the background, and that he checked "Do not show me this again", but it didn't take. I looked through settings, etc, but didn't find anything. But I just woke up, too.
