Is there any way to remove "run" from "File" menu

When you are not logged in (win95/Novell 3.12) and press the windows key it brings up a tasks box the file menu includes "Run Application" which allows anyone to use any application on the C drive without loggin in at all"

Q: is there any way to remove it?

Poledit will do that for yah

Open Regedit & drill down to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer]

Make new entry:

"NoRun"=dword:00000001

That will do the trick for you,
