Unable to install Free version of PG

I have subscribed for the 12 month free version for PG but when I come to install it it picks up the licence from an old copy that I removed from my machine about 8 months ago. I have looked everywhere for the old licence file, cleaned out the registry etc etc, but each time it still picks up the old licence key. Help....

Thanks Guy's all sorted out now.

Guess you spending every waking hour trying to Fix SD5, good luck. Will keep monitoring to see when it is safe to come back in the water, so to speak.
