Is there anyway to insert multiple spam message addresses by pasting it into the BlackList folder. It would seem that it would be an excellent feature to be able to just insert them directly from Outlook Express as you are going through your emails. Any ideas?

When you install Spam Monitor, there should be a toolbar installed, however, this ONLY works with Outlook. With this toolbar you have the option to set the following - spam, non spam, add to friends list and add to block list. However, you said you are using Outlook Express. It is highly recommended that you use Outlook if you wish to have the functionality you mentioned in your post.
A second option is to try the following -
1. Locate the following file C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Spam Monitor\blist_email
2. Open the file with notepad and add the following addresses here.
***Please note this file is where SM saves the blocklist. It will be same as adding the addresses in SM > Address Lists > Block List.
