Hiya,
I have a user who visited the following site:
www.cistec.or.jp/englishindex.html
Spyware Doctor prompted whether to allow access to the site. Unfortunately the user selected no, and can now not get to this site.
Can anybody tell me the location of the blacklist for the Browser Site Guard, so that I may remove the above site and allow Spyware doctor to reprompt.
I have checked the obvious, but unable to find anything obvious
c:\program files\spyware doctor enterprise
c:\windows\emclient
c:\documents and settings\
Please help!

kgreenway, thanks for contacting PC Tools.
In regards to the blocked Site: www.cistec.or.jp/englishindex.html
At this stage there are no 'Blacklists' for the Browser/Site Guard.
- Has he tried to access the Site again?
- Does the warning come up again if the user tries to access the site?
If the warning prompt does not appear and still just blocks access you will need to try the following:
1. Uninstall the SDE Client on that PC and reboot it. Then try accessing the site again ' without SDE Client installed '
2. If you still do not get access to the site without SDE Client installed, then it would be something else stopping it. If you do get access to the site could you please push out an install to that PC from the SDE Console.
3. Now try accessing the site again and this time select ' Yes '

Please let us know how you go.

Hi Matt,
It does appear that the blacklist was coming from Spyware Doctor. The message banner was Spyware Doctor, Spyware Doctor has detected that you are attempting to access a site that may contain harmful content. Would you like to continue anyway, yes or no.
www.cistec.or.jp
I stopped the Spyware Doctor client service on the client PC and was able to access the site.
I have since uninstalled/reinstalled the application, and it now appears to work. I insisted the user click 'Yes' ;)
I would still like to know the location of these URL's if the user accidentally choose's No. This is easier than having to uninstall/reinstall the software.
Thanks for your help.

Kevin, thanks for replying.
How to get access if the User clicks on ' no '.
Unfortunately at this stage there are no 'Blacklists' for the Browser/Site Guard for SDE Clients. When the user clicks ' yes ' the setting will go into an encrypted file which cannot be reconfigured at this stage. That is why you needed to reinstall the SDE client.
I have escalated this to be rectified in a future release.
