Smartupdate won't let me insert my new License Key

My RM license ran out in Sept O6. I renewed on line, but not thru RM. So Since October I have a new license key, but RM won't let me install it. Smartupdate keeps sending me to the website to purchase another new copy. I already did that.

How can I insert my new license key?

If you've got a new license key you must have purchased a new license instead of renewing. You'll need to contact support.
