I have been unable to apply for a refund on the PCTS website. I have been unable to call the 1-800 number listed as it doesn't work from Canada. This forum seems to be the only option to contact PCTS.

Please fix the error in the refund request and email contact form.

If you are having problems with RM, please provide me with your ticket number and I will follow this up.
