Registration Expiration Date

I have not been able to find where the registration expiration date is found in either Spyware Doctor or Registry Mechanic. Is this information available within these programs? If so, where?

I don't think so. You will need to contact support so that they can tell you straight away.

Thanks for the info. It seems odd that such critical information is treated as a state secret and requires you to go out of your way to manage software that is supposed to be for our benefit. This and the forced renewal policy gives me second thoughts about depending on this company.

well I think previously when I'm not on the automatic renewal. I can see how many days left in my subscription by clicking help >> about and then go to Smart Update tab.

but now, after I'm in the automatic renewal. It only shows as active.

probably it's because the program think that the license will not expired (it will automatic renewed when it's about to expired).

It will just bug you everytime it loads with a renew subscription notice in the lower right hand side of the window.

Locate the key in the right window named RM and change the name to something else.

Don't try to use the update routine or PCTools will reset that key and make you look at that pop up again.

Good pick up mate, to think about if you don't Smart update, how are you going to get the latest tools/fix to improve the product working on your pc?

If you log in to MyAccount it tells you the exact expiry date for all PC Tools products you have.
