I subscribed to Registry mechanic to try to solve serious PC problems but it didn't do the job. Fair enough, my problem. But I don't want the automatic renewal of the program after 12 months. I tried to use the online support to send an email, but the system is flawed and I get an error message. There doesn't seem to be a normal email address at their site, so the only solution would be to write a letter??? (or change my account number?)
