Program Files folder Open on Startup

Every time I start Windows 98 SE the folder Program Files opens as well. I have tried to find where this is being directed from but to no avail. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated.

try closing all your programs and windows then do a regular reboot. see what happens.

This error was occuring in another of the threads. Another user had this solution...look through this thread for the solution. I guess it worked before. Good luck!! :-)
