Smart Update failed

I am now using Registry Mechanic 6.0.0.780 but everytime i update , it says "update failed".

I use proxy server to access the internet. If there is an alternative way to update the registry mechanic, i will be glad.

I hope the newer version will resolve this problem. Thanks.

I don't think that you can update Registry Mechanic via proxy. But we'll see what others think.

What Jinih has said is correct. RM cannot be updated via a proxy, however, the developers are working on this and may be introduced in a future version.
