When i start "Shredder" i got the message: "Run-time error '339': Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

Clicking on the "OK" button results in closing Privacy Guardian.

Hi Marc,

To resolve this issue:

1. Uninstall Privacy Guardian
2. Go to 'Start' > Run > type OR copy and paste in: regsvr32 COMDLG32.OCX
3. Reinstall Privacy Guardian from www.pctools.com/privacy-guardian/download.

i,ve done all this, but is does'nt solve anything.

(uninstall PG, run comdlg32 (even a newer version, 6.00.8877), reïnstall PG)

Keep getting runtime error 339

I am using the some automation tool ,DCON Utility then above message is appearing when I click OK then tool window disappear.

Try installing Desktop Maestro and see if you come across any problems. Go to www.pctools.com/desktop-maestro/download/
