I have burned the ISO file from Imgburn to a CD-R. My computer is a self built AMD 4800x2 with a XFX 7800GT GPU. The bios is set to boot from CD. I have downloaded the ISO files and they are not corrupt. The burn to the CD from Imgburn was no problem. When the computer boots from the cd the spyware doctor icon is there but nothing else. All it says is Please wait. I read the previous threads and there is no support button on the screen. I have spent a lot of time for nothing. WHY WON"T IT BOOT CORRECTLY?

Hi jhnep17,

We have tried to reproduce this in our test labs on all different environments, however were unable to get the freezing on the Spyware Doctor icon. We believe that this could be a hardware compaitability issue. If you could provide us with more info on the hardware which is experiencing the problems, this would help us to resolve this issue, as we are unable to do further testing with this.

Thanks for the info.

I have removed your following attachment and I have passed it on to the AOSS developers.

Will get back to you regarding this.

Try using magiciso to burn iso file (http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-burnwin.htm) to cd. It is reliable and very easy to use.
