Just to add the latest version also works perfectly on my system with Vista Home premium (found over 1200 errors!).

Yep, on mine too, after the last update, all errors found and fixed! :) (Vista Home Premium).

did instant rescan and now have 239 items.
never does fix tempfiles/shortcut

At the moment RM does not remove the temp/shortcut files in Vista. However, the developers are working on this and the next version will.
