All my other software has updated already,i did'nt lose a day on nortons,nero,spysweeper etc. If you ask me this is poor customer service. Lets go Pc Tools get it together. As mentioned in my other post, a new build should be released soon (roughly about 2 weeks). QA are currently testing this build and once this has completed it will be available for download.

I'd like to think a reasonable request through Techical Support, to the "Powers that Be", of an extention on one's licence, for every day lost, without PC Tools coverage, would be good business in the long run. Perhaps a screen shot of the ad attached to the request.
