Offer to purchase Spyware Doctor 5.0

I have received an email from PC Tools offering me a discount when I purchase an upgrade to the the "new" Spyware Doctor 5.0. It provides a link that supposedly takes me to Spyware Doctor 5.0 web page but when I click on it the web page just list Spyware Doctor 4.0. Is 5.0 available to puy as a released product? If not, why have I been sent the email?

The email indicates that Spyware Doctor version 5 will be released soon and if you are to purchase Spyware Doctor version 4, this includes a 25% discount. Once Spyware Doctor version 5 is released, you will be able to upgrade to Spyware Doctor version 5 free of charge.

Please note: The discount is not only for Spyware Doctor but for all PC Tools products.

And remember, all of our products get free upgrades during the subscription so if you have Spyware Doctor 4.0 or lower make sure you get free upgrade next week when Spyware Doctor 5 is released. You won't be disappointed!

So SD5 is to be released next week? I see there are still a lot of unresolved issues (http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44951) - does that mean they're all very close to being fixed?
