I purchased spydoctor just under a week ago. I ran 3 scans right away. It detected about 300 threats. I have quarantined all the items. My computer is still slow.

Should I remove the threats completely in order to get them out of my computer or restore them? OR should I just leave them in the quarantine? I thought PC doctor would heal my computer. There is no difference. Any suggestions on how to get my computer back up to speed?

you can leave the files in the quarentine as they are no longer harmful to your computer. Restoring files from the quarentine will put the files back onto your computer.

As for slowing your computer you could see if it is Spyware Doctor slowing you down by turning off some of the OnGuard tools to see if they are lagging your computer

You may also want to run Registry Mechanic. There can be lots of "trash" in the registry that can slow down a pc. If you had 300 threats, its most likely you also have considerable trash in the reg.
