I purchased Spyware Doctor today. On downloading the product i became aware even (after uninstalling a previous version of spyware doctor) that it was still on the computer. The subscription expired notice appeared with no way of putting in my purchased license. The choices I had was to renew, purchase or continue.
I have uninstalled the downloaded file and re downloaded the file from PCtools on several occasions today with the same results. How do I overcome this problem and be able to register my copy of the product with the purchased License.
Getting very frustrated with it. I even downloaded the spyware doctor 5 beta with the same dilema. I uninstalled all copies now ... help?
