I got Spyware Doctor for the sole purpose of scanning and then deleting spyware. But I find that it is more than that and doesn't sit well with the McAfee stuff that I have for viruses. They seem to fight each other until I couldn't even get on line, so I uninstalled SD and now it all works again.
So I would like to know whether a refund for the remainder of my year would be possible? Or even half of what I paid or something like that.
Or a coupon for SD that I could use at a later date or give to someone else?
eta:sorry to be a pain..

Hi Mudnox,
This sounds like an old issue, customer that's experiencing conflict of McAfee and Spyware Doctor find that the problem goes away after a reinstall of Spyware Doctor to the latest version.
Simply goto http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/download/ and reinstall Spyware Doctor to see if the problem exists still.
Or if you would like, try our Spyware Doctor version 5 that's in beta (soon to be released) from http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/beta/
If you have further questions PM me your email address so i can create a support ticket for you.
