Spyware Doctor 4.0 - Error Running w/ Vista

I have been having a lot of trouble getting SD 4.0 to run on Vista. Got blue screen lockups a couple times during the installation process.

I finally got it to install, but now when I try to run it I get an error message. I went ahead and e-mailed that error log, but does anyone here know what the problem might be? Thanks.

What sort of error message did you receive?

Can you attach it to this forum? as it would be difficult to assist without this info.

Hi Jeff,

Don't forget that SD4 has only "basic support" for Vista. That said, you shouldn't be getting blue screens.

Have you tried the beta of SD5?
