View Full Version : Where are my activation codes?!
First off, I am a reseller and this kind of poor support should never happen if you want to retain a working relationship with the people who sell your product.
I purchased 5 Spyware Doctor activation codes on 14th Feb and can't install them as I have not received the codes via email.
Despite several emails to the support department, I am still left without activation codes and have a few angry and disappointed customers as a result. The new service desk system is the cause it seems as before I could purchase a single license and knew immediately the code as it came up there and then with my invoice.
The time it takes for you to respond to an email is very poor so I am trying this approach. A forum should not be the place to sort out issues like this.
Please advise as soon as possible.

5 days on and still no resolution. Can I get some support on this issue please, I have paid for codes and not received them! The support ticket is not resolved and appears abandoned.

OK I now have the activation codes sent but cannot register the customer's PC with them. Can I only use my name as the licencee name and if so can you please tell me what to use, ie company name, pctools login name etc?
Also worthy of note is that I can't see the activation codes from within the control panel as suggested by Wilson Pang.
There is still a control panel problem. Unfortunately, all I see when clicking on Activation Codes in my control panel is:
"Activation codes are being generated...
Check this page later."
This stays on the screen and no codes appear, even after waiting for 10 minutes
PLEASE TREAT THIS AS URGENT
It is now nearly 7 days since my original order! I hope this is not how the ordering system will work in the future.....

Can you please PM me a contact phone number and I will forward it to Wilson and ask for him to call you urgently and resolve this matter over the phone since you have had such trouble with email. Alternatively you could reply directly to Wilson and ask for him to call you.
