hi everyone, just like to make a coment,im new on the sight and iv noticed some coments re not enough suport,ect ect ,let me say that SD is by far the best product on the market today if u think u have issues go visit Macaffee forum and see what they have to deal with and then ull apriciate the product. thanks;)

Hi everyone and pctools,

I have to say, im with you samual. I have sent in many tickets to support and have had many problems solved. Great team you have there pctools. I guess sometimes when the going gets tough, replies may take a little longer, however, you'll still get a reply. So I dont see what the fuss is all about.

Another point I have to make is that I love this forum as it contains information/solutions/issues and the search feature is great. If I need info, I can type in the topic and there it is. This is also great as it allows me to help others as well. In my opinion, I believe the forum is for users to post problems or any issues so that they can get help if needed. Im happy to see that this forum exists as it is seen as a great benefit to me and hopefully to everyone. ;)
