iv tried 3 times it wont remove it.

Hi

Can I assume that you haven't purchased Spyware Doctor and therefor all it will do is to tell you that you have an infection and be unable to remove it unless you purchase the program.

You could try CW shredder, don't know how it works or how good it is but I beleive it's free.

u can but ur wrong it was a false/ positive i think,i cleared the logs first then reinstalled sdv4 no prob,conflict with a squared.
