Uninstalled SD to install new Norton. Cannot get SD to run from CD now. Any help welcome.:confused:

When you said that you cannot get SD to run from CD, are there any error messages that goes with this?

No. The status screen comes up but nothing happens when you click anything.

Try uninstalling/re-installing SD again.

BTW, which SD have you installed?
