Popup Menu Problem

I have installed the latest version of the PCTools firewall. I face a serious problem with the baloon that pops up on the bottom right corner of the screen when a program asks for permission to communicate with the internet. I cannot see at all the options and the buttons in the baloon tip. (I guess there are two buttons with allow and deny or something similar.) I attach a snapshot.

I would appreciate any help to resolve the issue, since otherwise it is simply impossible to use the firewall.

OK. I saw in the other thread "No Permission Box's", that other users experience the same problem and that the problem is related to the DPI setting. I hope the problem will be fixed for the large size (120 DPI) setting.
