If SD isn't picking up something it should, try sending a report to PC Tools via the Malware Detective:
1. Open Spyware Doctor and click on Tools, select the Malware Detective Tool and then click Run Tool and Next to continue.
2. Tick the box 'I have received a request from support to run the malware Detective' and click Next> to continue.
3. Please wait until the Malware Detective Wizard collects the required information from your computer. (this may take several minutes)
4. Enter your name and email address and ticket number in the spaces provided. In the section "Enter Your Question Below", please enter or copy and paste your ticket number.
It is possible that Trend is picking up a false positive, but PC Tools should be able to work out whether that is the case (and if it isn't a FP they should be able to add it to their database).
Did Trend fix the problem, or does it still come up if you do another scan? If it's already been cleaned then there's probably not much point running the detective I guess. :)

Hi arilo76 & arden42,
On top of what arden42 has mentioned, please complete the following to ensure that all necessary steps have been undertaken to ensure you have the latest protection from related malware.
1. Perform a Smart Update
2. Under 'Select An Action' please select 'Immunize Your Computer'
3. Ensure that OnGuard and all OnGuard tools are set to ON
4. Perform a FULL Scan
5. 'Fix and Continue'

When you submit a ticket or malware log to PC Tools, it should display a ticket number. To help me locate your ticket to follow up, can you private message me your email address. The one you used to submit the ticket.
Cheers,
Anthony
