Compact Regestry 0% after 18 hours

Please help, I have submitted ticket numbers (7921-8721-36 & 2684-9140-99) and I to was not smart enough to creat a link to the ticket status page. RM said there would be a follow up e-mail shortly and I never received one. After the system reboots to compact the registry it gets stuck at 0% complete while reading the registry. The FAQ's said to let it run all night, It ran 18 hours and was still at 0% complete.What can I do next? I purchased the program on Friday and have been trying to get this to work all weekend. I have come to the conclusion that RM is closed on the weekends.

PC Tools support is definitely open on the weekends - they're there 24/7. Make sure you check your junk or spam folders as it's quite common for replies to end up in there.

They also seem to monitor the forums regularly so I'm sure they'll see your message here anyway. :)
