Please help, I have submitted ticket numbers (7921-8721-36 & 2684-9140-99) and I to was not smart enough to creat a link to the ticket status page. RM said there would be a follow up e-mail shortly and I never received one. After the system reboots to compact the registry it gets stuck at 0% complete while reading the registry. The FAQ's said to let it run all night, It ran 18 hours and was still at 0% complete.What can I do next? I purchased the program on Friday and have been trying to get this to work all weekend. I have come to the conclusion that RM is closed on the weekends.
