Does WinPatrol and Registry Mechanic

run well together, Could I expect any issues?

I had a look at "WinPatrol" on the net and see that it's a bit like the Spyware Doctor program. I don't think there are any conflicts between the two programs, but the best way to find out is to load them both and try.

Though I don't recommend running too many programs like that (anti spyware / registry cleaners, etc) at the same time. Something's bound to happen if you overload the computer.

Just my thoughts anyway...
