Can't get PCTOOLS to email.....

....my Spyware Doctor license code. Downloaded and installed yesterday. Have left two messages to support, but not response and still no codes. Any ideas ?

Can you give me your ticket number(s) and I will look whats happening for you. It is possible our replies have been sent to your spam folder or being bounced by your ISP.
